Newegg - Tech Shopping Online App Reviews

After the update it white screens on start up or lets you search a product after 10 minutes of loading-over a fast wifi connection, just to crash/force close on me.

The app is easy to use and is good overall but frequently crashes which is very annoying for a person like me who is on it daily. Aside from that the app itself is great.

Like this app has much as I do the website.

App is terrible after the new update

I like the app. Constant crashing when I try to check the status of my order. No error just crashes to the main screen on my iPhone 6s Plus. Had to take 3 stars off for that alone otherwise nice app.

Cant open orders sometimes before it crashes. Then guaranteed to crash when trying to view tracking info.

Can do everything I need to do from this app and there was no hassle between going on my account on a real computer and back to the app (as there sometimes are with other programs). Truly wonderful.

Dont know what happened used the app to order a power bank for my phone. Account was hacked, phone rep (contacted through app) was super unprepared to answer my questions about who did what or what happened to my account.... Very disappointed the rep wouldnt even recommend changing my password just need to know if it was a newegg hack that exposed my credit card or if it was someone hacking my account. Argh for shame in my opinion poor customer service

Given how much this company has invested in this app over the past year, I am disappointed that they mailed it in with their implementation of the swipe left to go back functionality. Their implementation of swipe left to go back essentially just triggers the Back button. One disadvantage to this is that you cant peek into the page you are swiping back to. Had they actually implemented the swipe left to go back you would have been able to swipe back slowly and preview the page. Details like this make the difference between a good app and a great app.

It is very buggy. But its a good app.

Hello friends! I am here participating in the Capitalist Free Market Economy by urging everyone who reads this to never shop at Newegg. Their return policy is asinine, and they will not issue a refund if the product is not accompanied by its original packaging. This apparently includes defective products, which literally blows my mind! Dont shop with newegg; let Amazon put them out of their misery.

Ive seen several reviews saying it doesnt store your cc. I dont know if it had mine from website or from the iPhone. But it is there. Just add your crv.

At least the Amazon app works and doesnt lag behind!

Bugs, lags, crashes, freezes

This app sometimes works, and when it does not always well. Almost every time I search for a product and I click on one of the results m, the app freezes and I have to restart it

App works ok, but the interface is really slow to respond to input for some reason.

Open the app and its just a white screen. Restart phone and app and its still just white with no fix.

Not what i expected from newegg. Freezes on my 6s plus within 10-15 seconds every time

The layout is pretty good, and the customization is decent. The app itself is slow, and many times it simply stops responding to any inputs.it needs help

Has issues freezing and crashing when switching between apps. Sometimes has issues when checking out. Load times can be really long.
