Newegg - Tech Shopping Online App Reviews

The application force closes when tapping on an item in order history.

Im on the iPhone 6s and the app constantly freezes and removes my ability to interact with the screen for 10-30 seconds. Its not stable enough to be released.

If youre someone who loves Newegg only for their computer accessories and hardware and you cant be at your PC all the time then this app is for you. The compare button works flawlessly, as well as the wish list and cart buttons. However, there are times when loading does take a little longer than usual but its certainly not something to be concerned or upset with.

I was all for newegg until my recent purchase. The app hardly works and crashed several times before I finally just had to get on my computer to do it. I was promised 3 day shipping on all of my items, so the third comes around and half my items are here and I took off work waiting for them. I call their customer support and their answer was since it came out of a different warehouse it couldnt be 3 day shipping even though it was specifically marked for 3 day shipping on the website. This is the last one I will order from newegg.

I cant use a store credit account so making a purchase has to be done on a computer for me. Order screen gets cluttered easily need a way to hide orders that I choose. The app now crashes EVERY TIME I try and see the order details page (clicking on an order!).
