needs some polishing but no problems here

UI hangs when scrolling to bottom of search results and trying to load more. Entire app seems laggy, too.

My PC took a dive on me unexpectedly. I began shopping for new parts and I found this app very easy to navigate and save a cart until I got paid. The bad thing is the cart in the app doesnt communicate with the actual website so you have to pick one or the other. With me that was easy because I only had my iPhone to use until I repair the box. I had no trouble finding everything I needed and processing the order. The app is pretty straight forward. I would recommend this to my friends.

Works great. Not sluggish like some are saying, stores credit card just fine, and easy to view past orders! Using on iPhone 6 Plus

Its so unresponsive. Constantly hangs up and the loading times are way too long even on a good connection. Please update!

very good app,better than the other business app

This app constantly freezes. I have been trying to scroll down for about a minute now and nothing. It does it all the time for a few seconds but my god. The mobile site works way better but it doesnt keep me logged in. Make this app usable please

Tracking feature & Touch ID access alone make this app the best way to Newegg!

If you try to buy something on here it delete and keep saying to come back later it crap and Go look at tigerdirect or eBay or Amazon then dealing with this crap

Before removing an item form a cart please inform the customer please!

Its very easy to use, and finding things is easy as well. Keeping up with returns and past purchases is easy and fast as well

when i click my orders and then click the item the app crashes out

Most payment options doesnt work Also lack of filtering options on search results makes it least usable. For now website on iPad far more usable than this app. Needs lot of work.

Cant even put a cart together without a log in.

After using fingerprint or entering my password, the app nows requires you to copy the text shown. No biggy BUT the problem is...you can only see 1 number or letter and it normally is 4 characters long. Please fix!

I am on an iPhone 6s Plus with this piece of garbage with a fairly good 600mbps internet connection, and this app still fails to provide a smooth experience. The waiting times on some of the categories such as gaming desktops are ridiculously long, and coming to this app from app switcher causes the app to freeze for 2-3 seconds. You will find yourself frustrated after tapping on a button multiple times during that freeze and you will go back all the way instead of the 1 or 2 times you want to go back. But it does function so theres that. All in all 2 stars for doing its job, -3 stars for slow and poor optimization on a freaking 6s plus with a decent internet connection.

It works, mostly, but is significantly slower than using the website through Opera.

Paid 2 day shipping on my item. Delivered fedex ground and took 5 days to deliver. New eggs excuse? Oh well we dont deliver on weekends with 2 day shopkeeper shipping. Give me a break. Amazon or nothing these days. Big FU to newegg and your terrible customer service (took 3 days to get an email from them) and terrible misleading business practices. Amazon has REAL two day shipping unlike these scammers.
