Newegg - Tech Shopping Online App Reviews

It has a great selection of products, but the app and website often have issues where you cant log in or access your cart. If this was improved, I would give it a 5 star rating

I love Newegg and I use your app a lot. I just wanted to say I dont like what you guys are doing with your app. I feel that browsing for products has become harder and harder every time the app is updated. I miss the Newegg app before it had the major overhaul.

The category browsing is now broken with this new version. Please fix. Makes it to hard to shop with your app which makes it useless.

Ive never seen such dumb upgrade ever. Removal of category, which is the best benefit of newegg?? I can picture that the guy insists senior leaders that they need user friendly GUI, so I can see brother printer toner at first in computer systems. Fire those who made this.

smh... not sure if thats your end game or what. What happened to categories and accurate search? Spent twenty minutes trying to find a monitor with no luck, Amazon it is *geez*

The Newegg app is very easy to use! Its is well designed, and its so easy to browse through all the products!!

Mediocre app. Too limited in options...an example would be when checking order history there is a default period and you get a message that tells you data was limited by that parameter, but theres no way to change the term parameter. Other little nav and info deficiencies. Amazons is better.

people are saying you that newegg got rid of categories even though you can use browse and go by categories.... cons: •crashes about 3 times in 5-10 minutes, havent really timed it yet. •limited to 2 items comparable at once, though with the screen size of phones that is understandable. pros: •dont have to sign in every time i want to check the items in my Wishlist.

overall the app looks good, however it does not allow me to sign in.

Whenever I browse products and attempt to use filters to find exactly what I want, the filters do nothing. This used to be a great app. Now, not so much. Please, fix it. I really dont want to have to all of my tech shopping with Amazon.

When trying to search and compare items using the filter function it ignore my choices and displays the sorts by price.

If you want to see your order history, you can.....sort of. You can see what you purchased 120 days ago, or 2 years ago but nothing in between. Stupid.

I cant believe Ive had this app for 2 years. Its just quicker to use my browser. The app is so slow and 50% of the time its just downright unresponsive. I use this on an iPhone 6, by the way. Ive hoped newegg wouldve fixed it by now, but I guess not. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this app.

Wont even open on my phone. Crashes on startup. Please fix!
