Repeated error

I have been a long time Newegg customer and have mentioned this server error message that I keep getting on the app. It prevents me from completing the order even though it accepts the various forms of payment I have.
I am very frustrated that I go to the trouble of selecting an item, putting it in the cart, going through the whole payment and address process, and then finally this goofy error over and over and over and over and over again. What the heck is up with that?! Ive repeatedly had to go to my desktop at home to place the order. What a major inconvenience. Right now the app is useless.
