Stuck at white screen on startup

App gets stuck and wont go past a white screen on start up, it was working fine before, dont fix something if it worked just fine before and now it doesnt, and no Im not using an old iPhone 4 with iOS 6, (Some apps drops older iOS 6 support and gets stuck on loading screen) Im actually on a decently newish iPhone 5S with currently the latest iOS 8.4.1
